It's a very rare type of question, but yes, if your are doing process of elimination, you want to eliminate allanswerchoices that must be true or could be true.
I think the answer to this depends on the ... tripping you up with wordy answerchoices. But if this is happening ... time on the stimulus than allanswerchoices combined, especially for hard questions ... seeing that buzzword in an answer choice that is treating it ...

Try reading the answerchoices in reverse order? Start with E and work up to A? The truth is though that the answer choice can be any letter, so you just have to remember to try to force yourself to approach every answer critically.
I would also add that I found my trend of picking the tempting answerchoices a lot more often in recent PTs , where I do feel more traps in answerchoices in old PTs.
