I believe the deadline was 11:59pm June 6th. You have to call/send an email for cancellation with your LSAC Account # to receive a voucher for your next exam (it will show up when you signup for whichever exam).
Once you signup for the LSAT Flex, you schedule what time you want to take it via ProctorU, the online proctoring service that actually administers the exam

PSA: You can signup now for July FLEX. If you go to ProctorU's website and click sign in, you can enter your email and choose "forgot my password" and it will send you a new password. I just did this and was able to log in and confirm a time.
@Bibimbob Wondering about the same thing here.... I'm hoping to get an email at 1AM (12PM EDT). Could it be that LSAC let domestic test takers signup at an earlier time in order to avoid too many people trying to sign-up simultaneously?
@Bibimbob So I signed up last night around 1AM and I was able to signup for the 6PM slot. I read in another online forum that the slots ran out pretty quickly though.
Only slot I could signup for was at 8:20pm on the 12th or 8:10pm on the 11th. International test-taker here, too. Taking my first night PT tomorrow to see how it shakes out.

I was scheduled for the July LSAT, but they let me switch to August for free to take advantage of score preview. If you are concerned that much, I would cancel and signup for August.
