Only if you're shooting for something below a 160. Otherwise this is not a good strategy because you are still not likely to go 20 for 20 on 3 passages if you're missing 12ish now. What actual strategies and resources have you been using?
Yes, the frustration of applying the LSAT to the world and expecting nice, clear categories. People just mean "likely" or "probably", and are avoiding categorical statement because things are typically not that clear and categorical.
