Somepeople have diagnostics in the 99th percentile, but that is extremely rare and even if you have a 160+ diagnostic on an older test doesn't mean that will translate to success in the 70s. There is no substitute for hard work and dedication.

Also, the fact that one person did 20 tests 3 times and got a 180 doesn't mean that it's a good idea. I'm sure there's somepeople out there that got a 180 without ever studying for the test, but I wouldn't recommend that either.
