You have to take a break afterwork, a minimum of an hour, I would suggest longer.
Cut your time in half, 2 hours a day on work days. Every once in awhile if you feel like you have momentum go for 3 hours.

Same here! Taking in Nov and exactly 4-5 below what I need/want. I'm doing the fool proof LG method to pick up those pts because I'm not at 0/-1 yet. Also taking about a PT a day when possible afterwork. Lmk if you want to partner up somehow.
Im in the exact same boat, with work and test dates! and 2 kids as well. People usually comment to get up early and study then but my work starts at 6am so I am also so lost how to study effectively as I'm exhausted afterwork :(
