Is it possible to go ahead and submit your applications and also plan on retaking in December? If you retake in December and score better you could always contact the schools you applied to and ask them to please consider your newer/better score.
that's awesome to hear. I also scored a 167 on the October LSAT and decided to delay my apps until after I get my December score, but maybe I should submit sooner!

You can't submit your apps without an LSAT on the books since LSAC won't generate a report without it. That's just one of many reasons why February should never be your first for the following fall.

Well you can submit your app because you have a score already. But if I were you I would wait to get your December score so you can make a better first impression. An app with a 155/138 looks way better than a 138 app with a 155 update.
