Don't review those on BR. You'll catch them as confidenceerrors if you get any wrong once you score the test and then you will still review them at that point.

I think, depending on curve and confidenceerrors, I probably scored between 167 and 172. But also, I've been overconfident a couple times in the 70s series so I'm trying not to get too hypheeee

I do something very similar and I pay extra attention to confidenceerrors. Just like games, I revisit/redo full sections after some time, just not as often. I've seen an improvement.
