27 is not too late, and in the big picture, there's really no difference between 27 and 28. So, if I were you, I wouldn't feel like I absolutely had toapplythiscycle.
Yes, I worry that if you applythiscycle you may regret it later, but if you wait then you'll probably be glad you waited because your score is likely to improve with continued LSAT practice.

Takethe time to do this right! A few extra months to perfect your personal statement or an extra year of studying to increase your LSAT score will pay dividends in the long run.

I'm wondering the same thing. I'm registered for November and has taken the test before. I try to improve my score to 170+ by November but am also looking at the January option. I do want toapplythiscycle.
