If you guys are still looking for a bundle, but a little pricier, you can find the logic games repetition work book on Amazon. There's games for 1-20 PT all repeated three times in a row. There's also games from earlier PTs all in a bundle. -

I don't know of any other way, unfortunately. I think the better question to ask is where to find the earliest PTs! I haven't been able to find them on Amazon, nor anywhere else.
