Yes, from what I have heard from admission officers, they do look at your complete transcript. They emphasize on the classes you took and grade trends. You can always include an addendum if you want to explain further about a class or grade.
Thanks, @Kermit750 . I'm not sure if htis applies to me, because this says "more than a year"...but I was only there one year. It is showing on my undergrad transcript, just not in LSAC. How confusing!
I think you are supposed to get a transcript for any place you took *any* classes for credit. I had to request a transcript for 1 class I dual enrolled in during high school. So I would suggest starting the process of getting that transcript pretty soon.
They look at your transcript. So an upward trend is better than consistently performing at a low level. But they certainty aren't going to treat you the same as someone else that held a consistently high GPA.
I'm pretty sure admission committees take a good look at each applicant's transcript, lest they admit only those whose coursework consists mostly of easy or introductory classes. But in this case, I am inclined to think you worry too much.
