Our Culture

Our clients are law school applicants primarily in their 20s and 30s. Though we work with students all over the world, the majority of our clients are located in North America and our meetings tend to run in US Eastern Time. That being said, all positions are fully remote—we welcome applicants from anywhere.
Open Positions
Essay Editor
We’re seeking part-time editors to help law school applicants improve their personal statements and navigate the admissions process. This highly flexible position lets you work directly with your clients on your own schedule. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with pro bono clients, though you’ll always be paid for your work.
Qualifications
Applicants should have at least one of the following:
- A BA from a top college and at least one publication
- An MFA in creative writing
- A JD from a top law school
- A PhD in English
- Experience in law school admissions
- A published book or a book deal

Law School Admissions Consultant
We are looking for remote, part-time admissions consultants to join our growing team. You will guide clients through every aspect of the law school admissions process, from creating a school list to negotiating financial aid. Along the way, you’ll collaborate closely with a remote team of editors who help clients hone their personal statements and other admissions documents. Your job may also include running webinars, talking to potential clients, editing essays or emails, and creating informational content about the admissions process.Qualifications

Live Class Instructor
We are looking for LSAT instructors to teach live classes. Applicants must be engaging instructors with a thorough understanding of the LSAT. Pay starts at $80 per hour and increases based on experience. If you are interested and have an official LSAT score of 173 or higher, please send one video audition (20-30 mins) in addition to your résumé. Customer Service Representative
7Sage is searching for part-time customer service representatives to help manage our forum and help with customer outreach. Applicants must be fully fluent in English, possess excellent communication skills, and learn new technology quickly. Prior experience in customer service and/or the Intercom product suite is preferred.
