1) Should I let both of my recommenders be evaluators too?
2) If I like my December score and decide to apply this cycle with that score, would the June test be too late to negotiate scholarships?

Do not send evaluations... They are just a stupid LSAC product and many adcoms hate them and will be annoyed if they show up with your app.

Nah, evaluations are considered to be pretty worthless.

It depends on the school, but I've heard of plenty of folks getting major money following an increase on a June score!
