I don't believe I pressed the "reset" button while the timer was still going; regardless, my 180 Watch is off about five seconds, with the long hand setting just behind the "0."
Does anyone know how to fix this? Hopefully, there's a way to do so!

They also give free replacements if it is within six months of purchase. But their customer service is notoriously slow and or shoddy.
My 180 watch never even worked at all from the start and I E-mailed them but I've yet to get a response. I believe I've been swindled for 65 bucks :/
@nicole I don't, and I think I'll just live with it given both yours and @974's input. So long as the fact that the long hand isn't starting from before zero, I'll be fine.
I would just get used to it. The inside of those is some nonsense and you're likely going to do more harm than good. I had one stop on me and the watch repair place had no idea what was going on inside after they opened it.
Do you still have the info card? I think it addresses this?
Or just get 5 seconds faster :D
