No, there are plenty of days to register for the September LSAT. The range is for people to change the test date from June LSAT to September LSAT. June LSAT test date change deadline is on May 16. So you can only change the date from May 12 - May 16.

I think this is referring to the date that registration opens.
Yep, LSAC just confirmed it'll be open from Friday the 12th to Tuesday the 16th.
