@micahbowden77184 okay thank you. I hope what I sent in was enough
Something that says X has been diagnosed with X should be sufficient. You should be fine.

@micahbowden77184 thank you that's very reassuring
No problem.

Hey everyone. I've been doing some research and I heard that if someone has a previous lsat score that is decent and applies for accommodations, the may not receive it. I scored a 145 and 147 on my previous LSATs. I actually wrote how I performed poorly on these exams because of my condition. Will these two previous scores hold me back from being granted accommodations?
It should not, from what a heard a 150+ (average score) is when they might give you a harder time, however with the new decree plenty of people with such scores have been granted accommodations.

@akikookmt881 concerning necessary documentation, I was confused about how to prove I have the condition I need accommodations for. I called LSAC and the women on the phone barley had an answer for me. My doctor just provided a consultation note that states my condition under "assessment." Is this appropriate? (My doctor provided her personal statement as well) I didn't know if I needed to provide blood work or not, and when I asked the lady on the phone she said that seemed unnecessary.
LSAC asks for proof of diagnosis so you need something that states you have your condition. I provided my test results.
I would call the schools and ask. Most schools have you email them and they will add it to your app.
@sabrinaishaque800 I completely agree. I have been keeping in touch with @mmckeon993 and she knows I had to miss quite a bit of meetings towards the end because the burn out became real.
Unless you take your time no :). I think the average for most is 2-3 months .

Hey guys this week has been rough for me and I did not get to take PT 83 until just now. I usually give myself at least a day before I start to BR. I think I will sit this one out but will make every effort to make our last session. You guys are in great hands with @nikitamunjal950 . I always learn alot from him.
I have kept up with your posts and this makes me incredibly happy . Congrats :), you deserve it .

@sabrinaishaque800 @ksdenos977 you guys the know the real reason is because I still have too many gifs I need to share :joy:
Everyone has been added (and will continue to be added!)
Guys she is not telling you everything . Not only does she post fire gifs but she is the best study group leader ever . You guys will come to learn we are lucky to have @mmckeon993 as an organizer (3.(/p)
Let me go ahead and join this one in case I need to retake lol
I would like to see a blog post discussing when seeking a consultant may be beneficial for admissions.
I wont be able to make this one , so I will be there for PT 81. See some of you at tonight's AMA :).
Edit: May not see everyone for pt 81. There is another session with David next Thursday and if we are doing the call next Friday, then I will have to miss that one too lol.
Don’t move on in the CC until you can completely understand the concept . Rushing through the CC will do you more harm than good. I also echo with the above about not getting to beat down about scores . Focus on understanding, higher scores come with understanding.
Logic Games is my favorite section so I absolutely agree with @ninaleaoishi762 . If I had a choice I would do anything but an RC section lol.
I think finding assumptions is tricky at first because it is not something we are used too. What helped me is going over the lessons in the CC over again with the question types I was struggling with . I would then work on problem sets untimed . Taking as long as I need to figure out the questions. In my Blind Review, I would break the question apart to spot the gap . Once I have an idea about the gap, I wrote explanations for the right and wrong answer choices. I found this especially helpful with weakening questions. I would repeat these untimed drills over and over again. Once I felt confident , I moved onto doing this questions with timed sections . Timing yourself right away is really counterproductive . I made that mistake at first and I had no idea what I was doing when attempting the question. Allow yourself to be comfortable with the type first by exposing yourself to several of these question types untimed and then once you are comfortable begin to attempt these questions under timed conditions. I hope this is helpful.
The 7sage app definitely works better on a bigger screen. When I had an iPad I would use the app sometime . I would say if you want to multi task you can definitely watch videos on the go on a tablet . It may be difficult to write notes so you may want to consider that and make up some sort of system. Maybe a keyboard with your tablet .
I would ask right away . You will find although people will agree to write you a letter , it may take some people a while and you don’t want to delay sending your apps waiting for letters. I got amazing letters , but had to really stay on my recommenders to write them. I am still waiting on one lol. Especially with professors , you want to give them as much notice as possible. Life happens and people get busy, especially during the school year.

I'm glad I'm not the only one!! I felt really bad missing tonight but I have had so much going on and it's been hard drilling, going back through CC notes, and taking PTs while working. I also get burnt out by my own pressure to study every minute I can after work because we are getting closer and closer to the date but it's tough. The work-life-study balance is no joke. Thankfully though I am going to start studying full-time in August so I will should be able to get back on track attend the calls. Enjoy your break everyone :relaxed:
Coming from someone who went from working and studying to a full timer, It definitely gets better. Hang in there.

@timmy24le746 glad you are taking some time off. I had to take off two weeks about a month ago because I just couldn't read one more stimulus. I thought I was done but there was no way I was going to do anymore lsat. Anyway, it worked wonders. I know at this time we don't want to take time off but our mental health needs it. Rest well to you and everyone else feeling the burn out.
Thanks @a342 , you are absolutely right. My burnout got so bad, I couldn't read one stimulus. I started up again this week, and it has helped but now I have to get back into the rhythm. Same to you :).
@jenlines188 fair enough . I was thinking of two timed PTs, but the latter sounds like a good idea. Doing too many PTs is a real way to get burned out. I know JY recommends one a week.I am glad you took the time off, you definitely deserve it (3.(/p)
@leahbeuk911 yesss we should, I will text ya some time (3(/p)
