Someone on here wrote that they were bringing chocolate covered espresso beans in for the break (caffeine jolt + no sudden coffee induced urge to pee). I thought it was a great idea but couldn't find any on campus! There's a new brand called "awake" bars though that do the trick. I tested them during a PT and they definitely worked or at least had the same effect as espresso beans
Almonds and dark chocolate. Last year, I took a Chewy bar, and the people in the front had me take it out of the packaging and place it in my plastic bag (same with my plastic water bottle label).
A nature valley bar, some Goldfish crackers, and some carrot sticks. This is what I generally munch on everyday and I know it won't make me lethargic or make me sick.

A Nutri-grain bar or a Quest bar. Probably both because eating is my favorite.
