If you are taking in July, you should probably start studying, mostly because the date is right around the corner. However, if not, I would recommend that you wait until you get your score. Where this test is disclosed, you will have a better idea of your strengths and weaknesses, and areas to target for improvement.
From what I hear, it doesn't hurt to stay fresh. Probably do some light studying and rotate around sections from day to day. Definitely don't overdo it but it's a good idea to keep up with those skills in case you need them again.
