I put it in my work experience. I have a section that's entitled "teaching experience" and I put my TA job and tutoring under it!

Yes, it's work experience. You're not the one being taught, you're working for the teacher.
Wanted to echo what @rachelhankers864 said. I did a lot of TA-ing and tutoring during and after university and put it under my jobs/project experience section. It's valid work experience and in my case that section would be hella short otherwise, lol.

I would definitely put it under jobs/experience, especially if you are looking to bolster that section.
