is there any chance they read the div statement first? It's ok I'm not thrilled with it no matter how I write it but definitely want to include, happier with Personal statement though

What is it they say? An A+ PS with a B- Diversity statement just means your diversity statement drags down what would otherwise just be an A+. If it's not good, leave it out.
In most applications, the order of the PDF will be your CAS report, resume, personal statement, optional addendum. Don’t include an essay you don’t feel good about.
