    The strengthening stem would be something like

    The economist's statements above, if true, is most strongly supported by which one of the following? In this case the stimulus's argument would be strengthened by an AC so the flow would be upward.

    Hey @kkole44474 this is MSS because it is using the statements from the stimulus (economist statements) to support an AC. The flow of support is key to differentiating between MSS and Strengthen. MSS question flow from stimulus to AC, whereas strengthen flows from AC to the stimulus. We could make this a strengthening question if it said "Which one of the following, if true, most strongly supports the economist's statements above."
