Is there a way we can transfer our subscription and progress to the New 7Sage site? I don't see any option for it

@emgreg609 If you just subscribed here, contact studentservice@jy-ping.com and we'll set you up with a new.7sage.com account that you can use for free (that matches your sub here).
@brahn335.rahn If you transfer, you'll still be able to access your account on this site, including the analytics.
@michaelmorales19837 If you just renewed 2 days ago, on June 15, that means you're paid up through July 15. If you transfer today, June 17, the prorated fee will be for 2 days to get you paid up through July 17 which is when you'll get charged again. The difference between July 15 and July 17 is 2 days. That's the 2 extra days that the prorated fee is for. Does that make sense?
I'm getting prorated for a few days for the new 7sage. I just renewed my subscription 2 days ago I don't think I should have to pay for a prorated term.
Will transferring the subscription to the new site make you lose access to the analytics on this site?
Oh no, I literally just bought a subscription to this 7sage. Should I not start prepping until I've moved over to the new 7sage?
Hi @widener2003458,
We recommend using the new 7Sage for a more modern interface, improved analytics, and features tailored to the current LSAT format. We’ll be rolling out a self-transfer feature soon, but in the meantime, I’ve sent you an email to start the transfer process if you want to begin using the new site.
And yes, the PrepTests on the new site are the same ones marked as “current” on the classic site since these are the new official PTs released by LSAC.
I hope this helps!
Does 7Sage recommend that we transfer our accounts to the new 7Sage website? Also, do the prep tests marked as "current version" on the old 7Sage site (this one) correspond to the digital test to the same extent that those on the new site do? Thanks!
@widener2003458
The core lessons and teaching content are the same on both the classic and new 7Sage platforms—but the new site offers a more streamlined and modern learning experience.
On the new platform, you'll find:
A cleaner, faster interface
Smarter, more detailed analytics to help track your progress
Easier navigation and a more intuitive layout
One difference to note: the older LSAT format (PrepTests 1–94) isn’t available on the new site, since it’s designed to reflect the current digital LSAT format.
Let us know if you have any other questions!
With that, does anyone know if this one has the same content as the new one, or am I missing out on content?
For anyone else wondering the same, here's the answer:
You can transfer your subscription from classic 7Sage (this site 7sage.com) to new 7sage (new.7sage.com), just let studentservice@jy-ping.com know, but
You cannot transfer your data. For curriculum progress, new 7Sage makes it pretty easy for you to manually match progress to classic 7Sage. Probably will take you 10 minutes to do that. But for drills and PT data, unfortunately, it will not transfer.
@brahn335
