I've started taking PT's almost every week, and I'd like to learn more about everyone's PT Routines!
Anything you do before the test or in-between sections?
For myself: I do a few dynamic stretches and have a light snack before PT. Also, I take nice deep breaths and circular breathing in-between sections.
Please comment, I'd love to hear about them!

I started doing them weekly too. I usually get them done early in the morning on the weekend, while my brain is sharp and since it’s my most important part of the day.
I do the stretch and breathing too, otherwise the tension just piles up 😩 I like to drink green tea on the side during the break, but it makes me wanna run bathroom real fast so probably that’s not a solution for the actual test 😅
Just dropping in to offer a BIG OL +1 to the general concept of being thoughtful about your routines. They matter!
