I've noticed that these questions are greyed out, meaning that they aren't factored into my accuracy % in the overview. Should I turn them on to count? Honestly it would make the accuracy number skyrocket b/c I get most all of those right relative to drills (for whatever reason), but I don't know if that would be a good thing lol.

I agree with Ari! Having some guidance on the question type right before could give you false confidence and lead to not practicing some question types that you should!
I wouldn't count them, for the reason you're mentioning. They're not really representative of your accuracy on the question type when you it in the wild. You're being asked a question that pertains to the concept you just learned, which is hugely to your advantage. So I'd keep those as an educational exercise separate from the rest of your analytics.
