Not sure if this is an update but I just noticed Sage AI usage limit. Sage AI analysis were really helping me improve and now one single AI response is using 2% of my monthly limit. The subscription is expensive as is, now there's a limit on AI usage. I'm really disappointed!

Just to clarify, there has always been a usage limit for Sage AI, it isn't a new restriction. What's new is that we've made the usage meter visible after receiving requests from users who wanted to be able to track how much of their AI allowance they'd already used and how much they had remaining. Previously, some students were surprised when they hit their limit because there wasn't a way to see their usage.
Also, Sage AI usage isn't based on a fixed number of messages. Instead, it depends on the length and complexity of your conversations. So if your chats this month have been more detailed or involved than they were last month, they will use more of your monthly AI allowance, even if you've sent fewer messages overall.

@CherryMayDelaCruz is there any way I can top up my limit? also, this subscription is so expensive as it is and im willing to pay a bit more for top up bc it really helps me, but I wish there was more usage available, especially bc ive spent so much money on 7sage as it is..
@kassie.sheila I feel you! I cannot spend anymore so I started using google Gemini. It has been helping, not as much as 7sage AI but it's still something and is free.
@kassie.sheila Yes! If you upgrade your subscription to the Live plan, you’ll get 2× your current usage limit. Right now, we don’t offer a separate option to top up your usage limit, but upgrading to Live would give you more usage.
