Even as many of my other question types have solidified, this question type in particular seems to be the hold out. I never seem to feel confident in my answer choice. What strategies work on these?

One thing I do is look at the answer and see if I can connect it to each paragraph in the passage. If it doesn't cover one or more of the paragraphs, I rule it out. It's been quite helpful!
I used to struggle a lot with MP auestions, and an advice I received from my tutor was to keep track of what each paragraph was doing. When looking for the correct answer choice, you want an answer that is relevant to all or most paragraphs in the passage.
