I have been crying for two hours. I was taking the LSAT this morning and when I was very nearly done section 2/3, I got a pop up that said an application was open on my computer and it locked me out. I couldn’t get back in. I called SIX different people and no one could tell me what was wrong. I need you all to understand I did everything right, I followed the remote testing checklist perfectly. I have been crying for two hours because I am so upset that I had almost finished two thirds of the test, and now I have to retest if they approve it. And if they don’t approve for me to take it in person this time, what’s stopping my computer from locking me out again? I thought I was supposed to be reconnected? I was only kicked out that one time. Also, oh yeah, I didn’t have a SINGLE application running.
I am so frustrated because today was supposed to be the day I could finally breathe, and now this test is on my mind again for at least 11 more days. My head hurts from crying.

omg rippppp. I always see you in various discussions rooting for other people and sharing tips to handle stress. Can't believe this happened to you this is so unfortunate :(( I don't know what to say as you've done everything right. It is just bad luck that the way things played out, don't beat yourself up for other people's mistake!!
Thanks man, I really wanted this test off my mind, it’s super frustrating that I now have to spend more time waiting for it, I wanted to get back to working full time and I also had a very specific plan for applications, this has really thrown a wrench into my plans. I’m autistic and I also don’t cry much at all but I’ve been under lots of stress from the test, so when things went wrong, I had a meltdown that definitely would not be socially acceptable for a 20 year old woman. However, anyone who has been through all I have this year would probably react the same even without the autism.
Sending you so much love. I'm sorry you've had such a negative experience with this test. Hopefully, LSAC makes it right!

same issue except I didn't get to start. This lady told me she could get in late Oct but I'm taking Nov test, so I asked if they'll push Nov back and I was told no. At this point, I'm pissed, I said what if this happens in Oct or Nov and she said we can't do anything about glitches', but we'll do all we can to take care of you. HOW? HOW ARE YOU GOING TO HELP? YOU LITERALLY CAN'T GIVE ME ANSWERS TO SIMPLE QUESTIONS. FMLLLLL
Sorry this happened :(. Normally test centers are the default -- did they suggest you might not be able to do the re-test in person?
They did mention that, since I’m an online tester due to accommodations rather than distance, I said I’d be willing to opt out of just the accommodations that make me a remote writer in order to write in person.
