Is it me, or is the "contact support" function not working?
@eazybreazyeeb It's supposed to bring up a chat box on the bottom right corner of the screen. Is that not working for you? You can also get in touch with us by emailing studentservice@7sage.com.
In the old 7Sage, there was almost a study plan created each week based on our progress and when we hope to take our LSAT exam. Is that available on here and I haven't found it?
@LSATpanic not yet but we’re working on it. Estimated release is late July / early August.
I've been using the old 7sage for a while so I have a lot of data on there. Can I still use it even after the 22nd or will I have to transfer my subscription/lose my data?
@MichelleHeffez You'll still keep access to the classic site even after the transfer until you cancel your subscription here or until the end of the year, which ever happens first.
I'm a new 7sage user (I began using it within the past month on the new website). In the meantime before the study scheduler is up on the new website, is there a way to link my progress on here with the old website to still be able to use the study scheduler?
@laurenherba Nope, the two sites are totally different and they don't talk to each other. We're working hard on the study scheduler! I'm optimistic about the July/August release date.
If I have transferred my subscription over to this new 7sage site, do I need to cancel my subscription on the old site?
@keyaarora1 As in will I be charged for both/are they now separate subscriptions? Or do I retain access to the old site while only paying for the new one
@keyaarora1 Nope, you'll only be charged on this site.
if i've already been using the new.7sage website for some time will this maintenance affect me? will the analytics i have saved in the new 7 sage website disappear with the maintenance? or will it stay / be saved since i've already been using the new.7sage.con website? thanks
@AlluringQualifiedCulture Nothing will disappear. The site will just be down for a couple of hours.
Does anyone know how to link your lawhub subscription on the new site?
@AyeshaC You can follow the instructions here to link your LawHub Advantage account on the new 7Sage site:
@AgnesAlojado The pictured hazard message never showed up for me, is there a way to link my account without being prompted to do so? Or another way to trigger the prompt
@AyeshaC I checked your account and can confirm that your LawHub Advantage is already successfully linked—that’s why the prompt isn’t showing up anymore 😊
You’re all set! But if you have any other questions or need help with anything else, just let me know.
Will there be a study schedule for the core curriculum?
@tycheND Yes, it's coming. I expect late July / early August.
@J.Y.Ping Thanks!
When I drill with the new website and finish I do not see an option to blind review? Every time I click finish it just shows my score.
@maddawg131 Are you talking about the You Try lessons? Those are already untimed so you cannot Blind Review them.
Is there a site guide somewhere that explains where to find things, what things are etc? I recall a video series for the other site with explanations of site navigation and features
@Anduwu13 Not yet but we're releasing a podcast (with video) early next week that will showcase some of the functions and features here.
Is there any way of adding live classes to a calendar similar to how it was done on the old site? Or linking a Google/Apple/Outlook calendar into the account to allow an RSVP for classes to automatically appear?
@RichardWagner That's in the works! I'm expecting a couple weeks for this.
@J.Y.Ping Great, thank you for the quick reply! Looking forward to it.
Did the new 7sage website get rid of the syllabus/schedule option? I liked how on the old website it gave me a break down of what I needed to get done every week to stay on track but I can not seem to find that here
@amaniburnos +1 to this; it was one of the most helpful features on the old site. @7sage staff any info is greatly appreciated.
@RichardWagner @amaniburnos We're working on the study scheduler! I'm expecting late July / early August release. It's going to be much better than the one on the classic 7sage site. 🤞
@J.Y.Ping Great, thank you!
Is there a way to convert progress from the old 7sage to the new one? I want to do any lessons that don't overlap between the old and new curriculum. Id also like to be able to know where I should start on this Curriculum. If that is not possible would you recommend finishing the unit I'm currently on (Logic of intersecting sets) in the old format or even all of fundamentals in the old format then moving to the new curriculum?
@JRS You can only do that manually by checking off the lessons that you've already completed from classic 7Sage. I know it's a bit of a pain in the butt. Sorry about that!
I'm having problems transferring my subscription from the OG 7sage to the new, if anyone could explain it to me I'd appreciate it.
@DevP87821 Please email studentservice@7sage.com and we'll sort it out for you!
I am having difficulties transferring over my subscription to the new website. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.
@EthanSandoval Please email studentservice@7sage.com and we'll sort it out for you!
@J.Y.Ping Thank you for the response. Emailing them right now.
@EthanSandoval Same here.
Does the core subscription carry over and if so how can I get to transfer?
@gregorywilliamson Yes! Do you see a "transfer billing" option here? https://7sage.com/users/settings/billing
If not, please email studentservice@7sage.com and we'll sort it out for you!
Is there a way to see the tags for questions? Also, is there a tutorial for the new site, I can't seem to find it and I'm a little confused with this new structure
@emilyidk1 Yes, there are lots of tags for the questions. You can sort through all of them here:
https://7sage.com/review/questions
We don't have a tutorial video but ask any questions you have and we'll help you figure it out.
How can we access the old 7sage site once the new one moves to 7sage.com? It still has my data on my diagnostic test, and I like the diagram showing the percentage of the way you are through each of the sections (Foundations, LR, RC). It was keeping me on track with my studying. I'm using features of both at the moment
@hey_maret Once the move is complete, you’ll still be able to access the old site at classic.7sage.com. So no worries—you can continue using the features you like while you get used to the new site.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
I just started using 7Sage about 2 weeks ago on the old website and was really liking the video lessons. Are these available on the new website? I think I'm just lost but I cant seem to find them in the foundations lessons
@persi123445 I’m so glad to hear you were enjoying the video lessons!
They’re definitely available on the new site. You’ll find them starting with the Relationship lesson under the Arguments module in Foundations.
If anything feels confusing or hard to find, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Is there anyway to generate a study schedule with the new website?
Hi @cody_browning!
There isn’t a study schedule tool on the new 7Sage site just yet, but it’s definitely on our roadmap! While we don’t have an official launch date, the earliest estimate is August. We’ll be sure to announce it as soon as it’s ready.
If you have any other questions in the meantime, feel free to reach out!
Im here on the new site but my subscription is on the old one and I cannot figure out how to transfer, any specific instructions?
Hi @IsaacNyberg! I just sent you a message with the relevant instructions. Let me know if you haven't received it or if you have any questions!
