I recognize that doing well in this course and on the test could change my life and help me chart my own future. I retook a test and scored 3 more correct answers this week than I did last week...long way to Go? Yes! Progress? Yes! Another week closer to my dream life.
Hi! I'm studying for the November test to try and get into law school in 2026. Feel free to join my Discord for a study group and connecting! Btw - you're not cooked and you can do it! Praying for all of us fr https://discord.gg/b8XaYkZHxk
@AamaniThompsonlaw25 This cognitive tip can help you spend more time focused. It's normal for your mind to wander. People who are "good" at focusing often experience mind-wandering just as frequently as those who are "bad" at it. The key difference is how quickly they notice the distraction and redirect their attention back to the task, such as reading.
Try this: Set an intention to catch your mind wandering as soon as possible, then swiftly shift your focus back to the text. Practice this the next time you tackle a challenging passage—maybe even try it right now! After spending a few hours reading with the sole goal of minimizing the time between losing and regaining focus, you'll begin to build this habit.
@IrisRoberts if you find a tip let me know. I learned english 2 years ago along with 3 other languages and I find myself googling every word combination that was just used in this chapter, I m so cooked.
Words have precise definitions. Always speak and write with precision. By speaking and writing with precision, you will have an ordered and consistent mind.
This refers to the book “The Loophole in LSAT Logical Reasoning” by Ellen Cassidy. Very good LR study guide but since it is not part of the 7sage curriculum you would have to figure out when and how to fit it in to your studies. Juggling multiple study resources at the same time can be overwhelming when starting your studies so consider what you can handle and what is best for you.
The baby eating gave me a good laugh before that sentence which made my head hurt. I'm not wondering how badly I have increased my editor's migraines by writing sentences like that consistently throughout my undergrad.

Are all authors men?
@madisonmasterson No.
@madisonmasterson All of the writers who prepare the LSAT questions are men. Not the same as all authors, of course.

I'm genuinely so excited for this. Thank you for creating this resource!
love that someone else has a positive take on studying for the lsat too!
@taylorjeanmariemcdowell I think this is my big takeaway as well. Despite how daunting it seems, I could not be more excited to take on the challenge.
I could really go for a couple hamburgers right now
LOL
he frequent use of pronouns whose referents are obscured by said convolution, and the highly detail-oriented descriptions of logical relationships.

I live by say what you mean and mean what you say. I'm excited for this course!
This is a great intro and start to understanding how the thought process differs from anything we normally deal with
Amazing intro. Can't wait!
I've started the journey today in concert with using the LR loophole! 142 and seeking to go up before June! Let's rock this thing!
forgive my ignorance, what is the LR loophole??
Just started the same combo, hoping to test in June as well! We're gonna kill it!

@abboshap560 I'm doing the same combo too! We should make a study group.
