Hey guys! I need some help! So, I've taken the LSAT in June and officially scored a 164, but on my PTs I averaged mid to high 160's. I have only ever broken 170 on a blind review PT (I got a 173). Other than that, I struggle to break out of the 160's. I am registered for the August LSAT; how do I break 170's by then?

Proproctor says in the rules that you cannot have paper or pens on your workspace, but I thought you were allowed 6 pieces of scratch paper... please help! Test is in 2 days...
Today only, my blind review keeps telling me that I got 0% even when I get the answer correct. Additionally, this isn't an issue with time. On a few I've been over time, however, most I have been under time and it continues to happen. What is going on
Hello all! Another question...
Recently I applied to work at a law firm for next summer as an undergraduate student. The lawyer I may be working for is a family friend (we don't know him that well anymore though). Anyways, my question is, as an undergrad, will he want me to show him an official transcript of my marks and everything? During the interview he just asked me how my grades were and I told him and he sort of just left it at that...he has to discuss it with his partner to make sure he's cool with hiring me before he gives me the green light :) I know as an actual law student they want to see your official grades but since I'm not going to be articling and basically just doing jobs there that the lawyers themselves don't have time to do (like reading through some things to figure out what's junk and what's not) do you think I may not even need to show them my official grades? I'm actually wondering because when he asked me I got nervous for some reason (it was early in the interview so I wasn't settled in yet) and I kinda blurted out that I had a couple more A+'s than I actually got in my first year lol and I didn't bother correcting myself at the risk of sounding dumb (Insert laughing emoji).
Would it be possible to add an option to remove the transparency effect on the "your score" number after submitting a drill?
I just noticed that you can vaguely make out your score despite the transparent effect, which is really grating, as if I can see that it's 100%, I know that all of my answers were right; if I don't see a 100%, I know that one of my answers were wrong; regardless, both options undermines the uncertainty that's supposed to help me think through the questions more carefully during blind review before checking the correct answers.
It would be really helpful if there was an option to completely hide or mask the score until we press the intentionally reveal button.
You now have the ability to choose which PrepTests, Sections, and Drills power your Analytics!
im in such a groove of pt and blind review that i want to blind review my real test in case i need to take it again
I'm taking the August LSAT. I am consistently PTing in the high 160s. I have made substantial improvements over my journey even though I have only been studying for around four months. This whole law school thing has been a new goal for me, I didn't consider it until last winter and I'm graduating in May. However, I want to succeed - like really succeed. I want to get into a law school, I want to prove that I can do well on this test, I want to prove to myself that I'm capable of putting my mind to something, but I can't seem to get higher than a 169. I know I'm not totally prepared for this test. I know not all the concepts are totally solid for me. But I've been successfully intuiting a lot of the harder questions. I feel like I'm fast enough at the other questions that I can give myself enough time to really handle the others. I'm a good test taker. Still, I feel like all this effort is pointless. I'm disappointed. I worry that if I retake the test later on, I'll be even less focused on studying because of college and that'll hurt my score even more. Most of the mistakes I'm making are on a select few hard questions, but it's still so demoralizing not being perfect. I don't know at this point. Any advice?
Hi!! I am wondering if I cancel my month to month subscription and want to activate my account again. Do I have to pay the initial fee again or can I just reactivate my account? #help
Has anyone gone into an LSAT or PT not intending to get to the last 5 questions? Studying for 4 months and my PT scores are below where I'd like them to be -- taking August and October test. I'm able to get 90% accuracy if I'm 10-20 seconds over the question target time on average (difficulty level doesn't seem to make a difference).
I know it would be ideal to naturally increase speed with accuracy but that's not the world I'm living in this week. I would save enough time to make strategic "guesses" at the end, but I'm thinking I'd rather miss the 5 last questions vs 7-10 throughout because I'm freaked out trying to finish the section. Is this a bad idea? Has anyone done this?
I have done 18 prep tests and I guess I did not realize that there were only a limited number available. I only have one left to do and since 7Sage reflects the prep tests that LawHub has I really have none left since the earlier tests I have used most the questions in drilling. Are there other resources that I can access full prep tests? My scores have been extremely volatile ranging from 163 to 155 with the RC sections as the biggest influence. I take the LSAT the 9th of this month and was hoping to try and gain more consistency in my scores.
Is there a way to reset the curriculum so that I can go through and answer questions with the lessons again? Right now, I can't go to retake a question without seeing the answer first.
This might be a dumb question but do wee need a designated time to complete the argumentative writing like with the LSAT? Or can I go on to complete it anytime after it opens? Are there designated hours or only weekdays?
Hi guys! Is anyone else experiencing the bug I'm currently seeing in the New 7Sage? I'm presently taking PrepTest 126 and am in the second section of the PT; the stimulus periodically scrolls up automatically.
Additionally, sometimes when I'm doing drills, my webpage will automatically refresh and force me to look at the first question, regardless of which question I'm on.
If anyone has any advice, please don't hesitate to let me know. This is my first time making a discussion post, so please be nice haha :)
(extreme petty alert), but sad to see my 770+ discussion karma from old 7sage site not follow me here. Great website though! d
I am having trouble determining how/if it is using my drill results in my recommended drills. It says on the "drill by tag" page that it looks at PT results. However after a drill you can toggle "dont use in priority calculations." Does it or does it not use drill results when determining needs for practice? The total questions answered right/wrong are from PTs only, or drills as well?
Thanks!
#feedback The "Show Question" option on top of Lesson sections is broken and will not overlay the question. I've tried on multiple browsers.
I've become really inconsistent on my PT scores. For the last ~7 PTs I've taken over the course of the summer, I've started to jump between mid-high 160s to 170+ basically every other PT. I've scored above 170 enough times that it feels like those aren't flukes but I also cannot tell what is going wrong on the PTs that are on the lower end. Any advice on being more consistent? :)
Hey all,
I've been consistently scoring in the low 170s for the past several months, but can't break the mid-high 170s barrier. I signed up for the August and September test but am hesitant to go through with August.
For those who have reached the high 170s, what what your experience with breaking past the low17s? Is one more month enough time to break that plateau, or should I anticipate taking the test in October? I really don't want to take the official test again without consistently scoring in my goal range.
Thanks!
I have taken 10 PTs, over the last 2 months, and eliminating outlier of 156, EVERY SINGLE PT has been between a 159 and 162. I felt bad at the beginning, and then thought I was getting better, and now have felt poor on these last couple of PTs again, this is worse than jumping around. Spending 3 hours a day to score in the range of 4 points is ridiculous. I have the august LSAT coming up in 2 weeks. I've been studying 3 hours everyday, I've tried changing up strategies for LR, going faster at the beginning, slower at the end, but this is still just giving me the same curve of wrong ACs.
Haven't been able to find a way to turn off email notifications for every class you RSVP to; is there a way of turning this off?
I took the June LSAT and didn't get the score I wanted. Any advice from anyone taking it a second time on where to start and how to restudy?
And all of my progress from the old 7sage format is gone.. including preptests so that's super fun... oh well!
You can now take notes during Blind Review!
Hey! I really do love the new website format. The only issues I’m having are that I can’t log into the app, and when I try linking my old 7sage with the current one, it won’t send over my subscription that I’m paying for. Is there any way to change that?
