Hi there, I was wondering if I could get some advice. When I read the stimulus I usually read it out loud (like the instructor in the videos) to fully understand what the stimulus is saying and to better retain the information. Should I continue doing this as it works, or should I try to read the stimulus in my head. My fear is that I will be accused of cheating when reading the stimulus out loud.

Has anyone experienced drastic changes in their PTs? I've made good progress in breaking into the mid 160s, then dropped into the low 150s, broke into the 170, but my last score was a 153. BRs are consistently in the 170s. I've taken 6 PTs so far. It might just be a purely mental/emotional thing? A bad LG section definitely throws me off (which is what happened for my low scores), and I find it hard to recover in the next sections after LG. A bad LG section 1 would probably be my worst nightmare.

Has anyone else had similar experiences?

#help please

At the time of application my GPA for UG will be a 3.73. UT is my number one choice and they have a Median GPA of 3.8. With being significantly lower than the median is my gpa a splitter requiring a fairly high LSAT score?

So I just learned you can use ctrl F on the LSAT reading comp. What are the best ways to utilize this to maximize speed during the test? any tips pertaining CTL+F are appreciated. Are there any other tools like CTRL+F that are permissible during the exam that may help?

ALSO: Has anyone had issues with a proctor who was not aware ctrl+F was permissible?

Thanks guys

So, I just got done with the June 2007 Prep Test, early in the course and received the lowest score I have ever gotten on any LSAT test. Anyone else have this happen? Kind of discouraging and am just trying to figure it out

I am taking four months off from work to study the LSAT full time (35-40hrs a week). With this amount of study time what is the best way to attack the practice tests? Should I burn 1 PT a day, 3 PT's a week or 1 PT a week?

Thanks for any advice.

I have been studying for the LSAT for a while now but have only taken 3 PTs so far. Is it normal for scores to fluctuate? I am planning to take the LSAT in August 2022, and I think I am going to start taking PTs three times/wk. My goal is to get a 165+!

Hey everyone!

Due to popular demand, I'm excited to announce that I'll be teaching a 10-week LSAT course starting June 1st!

We'll meet once a week for an hour. In addition to the instruction given during class time, I'll also assign homework, drills, and a study plan designed to support the weekly lessons and solidify key concepts. This class is ideal for anyone who wants a bit more structure and accountability as they work their way to their goal score.

The classes will convene every Wednesday via Zoom from 7pm-8pm EST. The first class will be held on June 1st, and will continue weekly until August 3rd. The class is limited to TWELVE students—first come, first served.

To sign up, visit this link: https://classic.7sage.com/lsat-live-class/

If you have any questions about the course, feel free to post it down below. I'm looking forward to it!

I am a freshmen in college who is on summer break. I plan on using 7 sage, the lsat trainer for RC, power core lsat logic games, and loophole for LR. I took the practice lsat through blueprint in April and scored a 130 lsat score. My goal is 171. What is some advice to make my goal be a reality. In addition I will be working full time towards the end of the summer.

I am currently unable to see the analytics by section on the analytics landing page. What used to show the numbers of questions I got wrong is now only showing "-". I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this?

Hello all, I am new to 7Sage, not entirely new to the LSAT, took it for the first time last January and scored a 158 after studying for 3 months on my own with Khan and some popular books.

Ive heard amazing things about 7Sage but I am just not sure if its right for me.

Im extremely frustrated and confused by the core curriculum layout. It has you learn a type of question drill it like 50 times and then moves on to the same thing with a new type of question. Well by the time ive completed the drills, I try to go back to complete some questions of the previous type and I cant seem to remember the strategies and or I mix it with the one I just completed.

I feel like im spinning my tires here. Is this normal for the beginning of the CC? Do I just trust the process?

In my other study material it strongly advised against practicing one type of question over and over in an attempt to master it as it would take away from the ability to tackle different types of Q's back to back, Im worried I am experiencing this.

I am no expert on the LSAT or studying for it, but I see the success 7Sage has afforded others and Im frustrated because I just dont see any progress.

Is this normal? When will I start to feel like im actually progressing?

Like a lot of people, I had multiple connection issues while testing yesterday. They all happened during the same RC section so I had to re-read each time and then I also lost 4 minutes because of my proctor's mistake. I had two RC sections in my exam so there's a 50% chance that the one I had issues on doesn't count. I feel good about the rest of it and now I don't know whether I should retake it in May or take the gamble and use my first-time preview score on yesterday's exam.

I would be really grateful for any thoughts/advice!

Got a random notification from here with a response to some logic games comment and I logged in to here to delete my account and wanted to provide an update.

I half assedly went through the 7sage curriculum for a few weeks during the summer before senior year of undergrad, stopped studying, and then months later took the lsat and got a 158 iirc. Once I learned about the bimodal salary distribution and merit scholarships (thanks TLS), I decided to retake the lsat to aim for a scholarship at a t14 that can get me a big law job to pay off my loans.

After undergrad, I spent a couple months at 2-4 hours a day of 7sage and PTs while working full time as a legal secretary. I was scoring from 162-172 on PTs and almost rescheduled the lsat cuz I wasn’t consistently scoring 167+, but I went for it anyways. Got a 168. I had a 3.8+ gpa from a state school. Got into UT, Vanderbilt, and Georgetown, and waitlisted at almost all the rest of the t14 where I applied. Used Vandy and UT to negotiate a 30% scholarship at Georgetown. Didn’t get off any waitlists despite visiting and sending a lot of LOCIs. Not much WL movement that cycle.

Got a 3.3 gpa during 1L and then raised that to a 3.5 during fall 2L (pandemic OCI was during 2L), which with upperclass grade curve inflation is actually around median and OCI was pretty tough. I did get a big law job in NY. I’m from CA and hate the east coast but I didn’t bother trying to apply to CA firms. Thankfully my firm let me switch before the summer associate gig started. And I applied to be a visiting student at a CA school during 3L so I could move back to CA and settle down where I want to live after law school and 3LOL in warm weather at the beach.

I have like 190k in student loans to pay off including undergrad so I’m very thankful that online resources guided me to a job that can actually pay that off.

Law school kinda blows and in hindsight I would’ve just been a business major in undergrad and not gone to grad school. As an immigrant I didnt really have the resources and network and knowledge that a lot of students have to be able to use a bachelor’s to get a high paying job. I’m happy it all worked out for me cuz my goal was just job security and I feel I have that since I got into big law.

Hey. I started getting these pop up ads from last week. even though I am on Chrome, and have deleted internet explorer, I am getting these ads that I just can't get rid off. I have tried deleting some files from my laptop but the ads keep on coming back. I was wondering what would happen if an ad shows up during the actual LSAT test. I know that the proctor website requires me to close all unnecessary apps/windows, but what would happen if an ad pops up during my LSAT would I get disqualified or am I worrying too much.

Thanks.
