Hi Everyone,

🔧We're actively working on resolving an issue affecting access to the Review Results of Old PrepTests (PTs 1-94) from Drills/Problem Sets/You Try. Our development team is dedicated to fixing this as soon as possible. We'll keep you posted on the progress!

In the meantime, if you need to access the Review Results of a drill using questions from Old PrepTests, you will need to switch the format of your PT to "Current (with Logic Games)". Simply head to the PrepTests page and look for the option at the top under the List PrepTests title. Check out the sample GIF below for guidance.

Stay tuned for further updates! 🛠️👀

This issue is now resolved and everyone should now be able to review the results from the Drills even if the PrepTests page is set to "August 2024 and later" format.

Not sure if this is just me, but it looks like there aren't any discussions under new PT questions now. But I know that these PTs aren't actually "new," but just mixed questions from old PTs. Is there a way to get these discussions from past PTs into these "new" PTs? Seeing people discuss questions is super helpful to me! #help

Thank you!

Hi everyone-

The room in which I am planning to take my LSAT has frosted on one wall covering the middle section, with clear glass on the top and bottom. Will this be acceptable for my remote LSAT?

Alternatively, does anyone know how I can take my test on an L-shaped desk, where one of the sides has a desktop computer?

Hi my name is Anna! I'm a student in Dallas, Texas, and I'm studying for the August LSAT (new format) right now. If you're also studying in Dallas, maybe we can meet at a cafe and study together and/or form a study group. I'm currently using both 7Sage and Ellen Cassidy's The Loophole in LSAT LR. Shoot me an email at anbeckley19@gmail.com if you're interested!!

Currently, I am leaving a lot of questions on the table during BR because of my overconfidence errors (I'm not flagging questions that I ultimately get wrong). How do you correct overconfidence errors? I feel like it's difficult because you don't even know that you're committing an overconfidence error (you think you understand the stimulus and the answer, so why would you question it?).

Because of this, I'm not seeing much of a score increase between my actual score and my BR score. Help!

hey everyone. wondering if anyone who has taken the test at a test site can tell me the exact materials we are given at a test site. I think i am seeing some varying info online so just trying to confirm if we are given pens or pencils and how many pieces of scrap paper we are given and if they are lined or blank. also just confirming we take the test on a desktop at the site. thanks in advance ! (i know this is super specific of me to ask ahha)

Hi all, apologies if this question has been asked already (I've looked to no avail),

I'm planning on taking the August 2024 exam (without LG), but so far have been following the old v1 syllabus (I'm still on the CC). It appears a lot has changed with the v2 syllabus. Is v2 specifically tailored to the post-LG exams, or just an "update" to v1? I'm curious about whether it's better to start anew from the beginning of v2, or to continue with v1 and just skip LG sections, or to ignore 7sage's study schedule and blend the two syllabi.

For those of you also in this sort of situation, what are your plans?

Thanks

Hello, I started the LSAT journey with 7sage two weeks ago. Upon hearing the removal of the Game section, I decided to take the exam after August 2024.

However, I noticed that the study schedule on the V2 (new curriculum) does not include Practice Tests which shortens the formulated prep time. I am unsure if this will be updated by the admin anytime soon or that we adjust on our own by simply adding the previous PTs to the schedule.

Thank you in advance for your feedbacks.

I'm studying while working full-time. I take the train to work and it's about 35 minutes both ways. Any recommendations on what I can do during this time?

I'm usually standing on a full train so writing anything is out of the question, but anything I could read or listen to that could help?

June LSAT

I know everyone always says that the recommended studying time is different for everyone but, I really feel like I should take the June LSAT with the games because they are the most learnable section. My first PT from 7sage was a 144 which I know is low, however would it be completely out of the realm to be able to score a 160 on the June test(pending me studying). Would 2 months be enough time for an increase like this? I really want to get into Michigan State with a good scholarship and their average is a 159.

If possible, how many hours should I be putting in a week to increase my chances?

June or August LSAT

Hi everyone, I've been faced with a dilemma and I wanted to hear everyones opinions on my situation. I started my LSAT journey on 7Sage back in December while studying as a full-time student and working. I worked through the Logical Reasoning curriculum up to this point and just started working on the Logic Games curriculum. It's now March 18th and I'm wondering if there are enough weeks for me to master the games section in order to take the June LSAT. Also, I realize I'd have to learn the Reading Comprehension curriculum and start drilling and taking prep tests.

Some of my friends took the LSAT this spring (with the logic games) and told me that I should shoot for the June LSAT. Reason being they thought the games were easy to master and got most of them right to improve their scores. I understand my studies will be different from them, but I want to make sure I'm not missing out on a golden opportunity when the games are still available. A better question to ask you all is, how long did it take for you to understand the games?

Furthermore, I plan on applying in the fall by the end of October. If I were to decide to take the August LSAT would I be pushing back my application timeline for most schools? What if I needed to take a couple more LSAT's for the score I want?

Any advice or personal thoughts on this would be really appreciated. Thank you!

A lot of what we study on the LSAT can feel a bit abstract, esoteric, or even pointless sometimes. That can make studying frustrating and difficult to connect with our real objective: law school. It always helps me to know that things I'm learning aren't completely useless, so maybe some of you will be interested in this case the Supreme Court granted cert on. (Granting cert just means they agreed to hear it. No one will explain that to you in school, but they will just assume you understand. Now you know!) Tens of thousands of people have been sentenced under the provision in question, and their lives will be dramatically impacted by the Court's decision. So these sorts of things matter. A lot. Great opportunity to review the exclusive "or."

Advice

Hi everyone, this is my first time doing this. I am taking the lsat in April ( and June) and I was wondering for these last couple of weeks is there any tips/advice for studying for any of the sections? What helps you all study, how do you find time studying while working and going to school? If anyone answers I would really appericate you.

Are you sure?
