I eliminated C because I felt that you cannot claim that something was feasible at the time if it was not successfully implemented. Can someone help me understand why that shouldn't eliminate the answer? The provided insight even says "society wasn't ready for such education at the time" which to me seems logically opposed to "as much as was feasible"
PTing in the low 170s and I have gotten every single SA question wrong in this section and cannot really understand any of the explanations
I don't understand why Penn not saving a person's life doesn't disqualify him from the award. If the logic is that those who need do something this year that saved a life and exceed expectations should be eligible then wouldn't the contrapositive of that be that someone who did not do those things (AC E) should not be eligible?
@Ivana This is a good point but I think that since they say "consistently experience weather that was..." taken as a whole it is a synonym for climate. It isn't using the word weather alone to mean climate
