For some reason, C's wording is incredibly confusing and appears disjointed to me. So, just to make sure I am interpreting it correctly, C is essentially saying, "The steel idea is an example of where the economist's argument CAN work, but that does not mean the economist's argument will apply in all cases." Does this sound right?

@Haleh so if I understand correctly, C is correct because it states both conditions as being sufficient to produce the desired outcome whereas A is wrong because it only treats those conditions as 2 of many other requirements? Or do I have the logic flipped?
I tripped up on #5. Is the conclusion saying that the store was selling t-shirts for less than the store's own prices?
