Hey guys,
I recently started doing timed sections and I do horribly on them lol. I'm getting roughly 12-16 correct during timed sections, but during untimed sections I'm doing much better around 22-24 correct.
I was wondering if anyone had any tips during this transition phase. I'm really trying to close that gap so that my timed sections can actually reflect my capabilities.
Thanks!
@GnatTaylor same lol, D looked really good to me but i was like "nahhh" smh
Based on this question and the one before, i should start reading the entire stimulus first before trying to translate anything lol. I think my overall comprehension of the passage wouldve been much clearer had i done that. Thus, helping me make more accurate translations. The explanation was so simple imo, but i jumped to conclusions that werent even relevant. fahhh
once it took me over a minute to even understand everything, i stopped my timed approach and decided to just fully grasp it. ended up taking me 4 minutes but we got it right in the end. Hopefully i see something like this again and complete it much faster
perfect ice breaker topic for all the ladies i play eyetag with
