Hey there,
You can view your completed or ongoing drills by scrolling to the bottom of the Drills page and selecting "Show Existing Drills."
Selecting a completed drill will load the digital tester and the "Show Results" button while selecting an ongoing drill will allow you to "Continue" taking it.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions.
Hey there,
Thanks for sharing your thoughts and my apologies.
We're actively working on adding video content to make it more accessible and easier to follow. Unfortunately, I can't provide an exact timeframe for when these updates will be available, but rest assured, we're committed to addressing this issue.
Let us know if you have any further feedback or suggestions.
Hey there,
I'm sorry about this but we don't have a "Print" button for the diagram. A workaround would be to access the full diagram and take screenshots or save pages as PDF by following these steps:
1. Click the “See full diagram” link to open the diagram in a new tab.
2. Adjust the diagram to fit the paper by moving it left or right.
3. Press Ctrl + P (for Windows) or Cmd + P (for Mac).
In the print dialog, select the specific pages you want to save.
4. Choose the “Save” option
I hope this helps but feel free to let me know if you have any further questions..
Hey there,
The Curve shows how a question is "curved" by modeling scaled LSAT scores against the probability of getting the question correct, based on student test results.
The gray bar spans from the score for a 25% chance to a 75% chance of answering correctly. The black line in the middle represents a 50% chance.
The percentage on the right indicates the expected chance of someone with your score on that PrepTest getting the question correct.
Feel free to let me know if you have any further questions!
Hey there,
Thanks for sharing your thoughts! We're always looking to improve, so I've passed this on to our team. Feel free to let us know if you have any further feedback.
Hey there,
Thanks for your feedback! We understand how crucial videos are for learning complex topics. Currently, we don't have an ETA for the videos as we're ensuring each feature meets our high quality and user experience standards, which means development times can vary.
We appreciate your patience and please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any further feedback or questions.
Hey there,
Well spotted! I've fixed the issue, and thanks for pointing that out. Feel free to let us know if you find anything else or if you have any questions.
Hey there,
That's a great idea! I'll share this with the team in our efforts to improve the course. Don't hesitate to let us know if you have any more ideas or suggestions.
Hi there,
I'm sorry about this but the Fact v. Belief. v. Knowledge lesson is still unfinished. We’re working on it, but unfortunately, we don’t have a timeframe for its completion yet.
We thank you for your patience and feel free to let us know if you have any questions.
Hi there,
I'm sorry about this. I reached out to you via email for further help. Let me know if you didn't receive it or if you have any further questions.
Hi there,
Just dropping by to check if you're still experiencing this issue. Feel free to let me know. I'm here for you!
Hey there,
I’m so sorry for the trouble.
I tried to recreate the issue, but I was not able to. I can play and pause the video even after a while without any problems. I'm using Safari on a MacBook. However, I would like to get to the bottom of this so that it is working on your end too. Please try the following:
1. Clear your browser’s cache with these steps: https://7sage.com/clear-cache/
2. Change your video player to a more compatible one. Here’s how:
●Go to Account settings
●Under Profile Settings
●Tap on the drop-down menu under Video Player
●Select “Basic – Most compatible player with least features”
●Tap “Save Changes” as shown below:
3. Try using a different browser, like Firefox, Chrome or Edge.
4. Update your OS
If you are still having trouble, please let me know what device (Windows or Mac) you are using so that I can further investigate the issue.
Please also let me know if you have any further questions or concerns. I am happy to help!
Hey there,
I am so sorry about that. After completing the blind review section and confirming completion, is the "Review Results" section showing a blank screen? Could you tell me more about the issue so I can look into this further? I'm here to help!

Hey there,
If you have the "August 2024 and later" tab active on your PrepTests page, the "Printable" button won't show up.
You can tap the "Current (With Logic Games)" tab to make it active—this should fix the issue. Please see my sample screenshot below:
Again, I'm sorry about this, and thanks for your patience. Let me know how it goes. I'm here to help you out!
Hey there,
I'm sorry for the trouble. I'm happy to let you know that you can print any drill on the platform.
After clicking on the "Create Drill" button above, you can view a printable version of the drill by clicking on the "Printable" button on the digital tester. You can then proceed to "View PDF" and enter your 7Sage email address as your password. Please see my sample GIF below:
