@jvrodrigues Thank you so much! I never thought about having one to classify the mistakes and create rules for future questions. It totally makes sense because it is not only about learning, but also applying it.

Studies have found that nightmare-prone children are especially likely to suffer from nightmares as adults.

The way I interpreted this part of stimulus is that studies have found that nighmare-prone children are especially likely to suffer from nightmares same as adults.

Is this a correct interpretation?

The only way that AC C makes sense to me is to think of this part of stimulus as the rule:

Psychologists have discovered a technique for replacing one's nightmares with pleasant dreams, and have successfully taught it to adults suffering from chronic nightmares.

and this part as application of the rule:

Studies have found that nightmare-prone children are especially likely to suffer from nightmares as adults. Thus, psychologists should direct efforts toward identifying nightmare-prone children so that these children can be taught the technique for replacing their nightmares with pleasant dreams.

Now, I know that there is a missing part in the rule that I have to find it so I am sure that the application of it makes sense. In other words, the conclusion follows logically.

(rule)In simple words, psychologists found a technique, applied it on adults suffering from nightmare, and the result was successful.

(application) The conclusion says the psychologist should try to identify children with the same issue and apply the technique on them.

The part that is missing in the rule is the prescriptive statement in the application. Here is the stimulus with the missing gap.

Psychologists have discovered a technique for replacing one's nightmares with pleasant dreams, and have successfully taught it to adults suffering from chronic nightmares. Psychologists should do everything they can to minimize the number of adults troubled by chronic nightmares.

Studies have found that nightmare-prone children are especially likely to suffer from nightmares as adults. Thus, psychologists should direct efforts toward identifying nightmare-prone children so that these children can be taught the technique for replacing their nightmares with pleasant dreams.

Hi everyone,

I have finished the 7Sage curriculum and am starting to practice over the next few months before taking the LSAT in October.

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a wrong-answer journal that has significantly helped them track their mistakes and improve their score. I know 7Sage has a Notes section, but I'm looking for something more detailed and independent.

I'd really appreciate any recommendations or insights. Thank you!!

" When you feel like two answers are the same, that has to be a red flag that you are're not reading at least one of the answers correctly " yes, that is what usually happens to me.

I don't think I would have gotten these questions right if I had read both passages first.

I think Meaning in Context is similar to Purpose in Context the same way that Main Point is to Purpose of Passage.

The conclusion that would be correct to follow from the premises is:

Hence, it is a mistake to exonerate convict a suspect simply because that person's DNA did not match the DNA samples taken from the scene of the crime.

Sometimes I think that English being my second language is just as much to my benefit as it is to my disadvantage hahah On some LSAT questions, I'm not even attracted to the trap answer choice, and somehow I know it's one of the absolutely wrong answer choices(sometimes!) because my thought process is different from that of a native speaker.

That same thing also is of course a disadvantage for me.

For MP questions, is there any possibility that the correct AC be stated in a more broad term rather than being very specific?

I am confused why Q4 is a Necessary Assumption.

Which one of the following principles must be assumed in order for the psychologist's conclusion to be properly drawn?

I am confused. The conclusion in AC C is conditional while the stimulus isn't.

The flaw in the argument is that it:

Assumes without justification that the evidence presented excludes a certain person from committing the theft.
