I don't know if I'm getting this right, but which is which? Is the subset the necessary condition or the superset? Or does it depend on its (the 2 claims') relation to each other? Someone help, I'm a bit confused....
I agree it was so confusing at first, but after hearing the explanation, I realized I only understood the stimulus on a surface level. I'm guessing that understanding everything and seeing all the small puzzles should help us see through the bs answer choices
@AdeenaRashid, to me, both cause reading comprehension is basically a longer version of logical reasoning.
Tiger: Not every subject in school is suitable for every student. Math requires abstract reasoning and extensive practice, which makes it unsuitable for some students.
Disney: Everyone can participate in the meet and greet. Those who paid online can skip the line. Everyone else must wait in line. Gene is participating but did not wait in line. Therefore, Gene must have paid online.
Trash: The jewelry store's doors were wide open. The diamond necklace, on display, were gone. Mrs. Smith was the only person seen exiting the store. Mrs. Smith was clinging onto her purse as if she had something to hide. Thus, Mrs. Smith was the person who went into the store and took the diamond necklace.
@SFLSAT!! It helped me to think that when I see something that will occur because of something else, like
"If....then..." (intuitively, because I'm trying not to use the indicator words too often). Then I know there will be an arrow, and that arrow should point to the necessary thing. Then I look at the other premises in relation to it. I don't know if it's correct, but I feel like it's a step in the right direction?
