Hi everyone!

I'm going to be abroad in China for a couple weeks before my LSAT. Does anyone have experience using 7Sage in China or know if I need a VPN to access it?

@AlizaGGG I believe based on here essentially means "why did the court make this decision", they didn't make the decision because of the narrow interpretation, that was just a factor. They made their decision based on "testimony", because without it (such as in Marina's case), they would continue to uphold the FWS regulations. Furthermore, they had the narrow interpretation for Marina's case.

I believe your mistake is in the interpretation of "court's decision based on".

@HiGigi because only if is in group 2 (necessary conditions), and because words after only if go in the second part of the lawgic, then you put "doing so makes good business sense after businesses do the environmentally right thing.
