Another distinction between A and E is that the stimulus outlines that the action must exceed reasonable expectations and also save a life at the same time. A clearly satisfies this criteria. On the other hand, E states that officer Franklin has saved lives several times, and exceeded expectations several times as well, but these could be separate instances. Franklin could have saved lives without exceeding reasonable expectations and exceeded expectations without saving a single life.

High and low Inconsistency

I have been studying for a few months and now average 169 - 170 in my prep tests. A few weeks ago I sat down and did a usual prep test but got a 178, which was my highest score yet.

However, the 2 prep test after that amazing score were both 167, which was subpar for my admission goals. This high and low kinda shattered my confidence, but I got a 169 on my prep test yesterday. It’s a good score, but still not sufficient.

I am at a point where I know I have the skill to do well, but its my mentality that is put to the test every time. I am sure I will face harder challenges than this is Law School, so this is good preparation.

Im taking the LSAT in October and hope I can produce a consistent and high enough score. Have anyone else experimented something like this? And how did you improve after it?

Thank you!

You may be getting a lot of 3-star questions wrong, so I would focus on getting better at those, especially in LR to improve within a shorter time. I wouldn't worry about the more difficult questions at this point. However, your situation may be different. I'm also taking the LSAT this weekend and will apply to some Canadian schools. Best of luck.
