@reneevul I expected the same exact thing from the reading: maybe the originial ideal was to have the most modern organ available, that's why I chose D, but I guess "modified" can be anything, had it said "modernized" they would definitely make D very strong.

I didn't like C because of the "minutes before" but BDE didn't occur "because of a city sidewalk in need of repair or maintenance" and A satisfies the "should be liable" principal.

My understanding is that D is correct because it's the only answer choice that only comments on the company as a whole and doesn't make any distinction between accountants and actuaries. But I would probably still mistakenly choose C if I were to do this question again.
