I literally don't even know what this is saying. I can see his reasoning on how it's B but my issue is that I don't understand the words and the story its setting so it feels impossible to understand

This is so beautiful because I relate to it so hard except for the part where I got this question right

I've asked law students if this type of thinking appears in law school or is useless and is just a barrier for getting into law school. They said you need this type of thinking in law school. it's the only reason i feel motivated to learn it since it's not going to suddenly become useless for the rest of my life after this test.

I got 3/5. I got the last 2 wrong but I'm still not understanding why after reading their explanations. Especially the last one, it's basically saying I'm being too skeptical because I assumed something wasn't true whenI guess I should have but I'n confused on when it pays to be skeptical and when it doesn't.

Hearing everyone else struggle really helps. Glad to hear I'm not the only one taking this personal and feeling unfit
