@owenm I thought of it as what if someone works really well for 40 hours but anymore leads to worse performance. As in there's no difference between like 10 and 30 hrs. Does that mindset help?

@TomBrady69 I made the exact same mistake. its good to know that even if we aren't perfect in that regard sometimes our intuition guides us in the right direction.
@EmmahFields The way I see it is two negatives cancel out. You either are a swimmer or you are not. If you seldom swim, you are a swimmer. Therefore, not being a non-swimmer must mean you are a swimmer.
