wouldn't you say that a problem is a form of a phenomenon? and an analysis is a for of hypothesis?
Best of luck everyone, see you all in the top 20!
for exercise 2.
if there was a premise where /p is a sufficient condition, then would it be a valid argument?
i notice that i cant complete these without writing them down first. Is this going to be a problem? or are we going to learn techniques for speed in future lessons?
some videos don'y have playback speed change which means the video is locked on the speed it was last on. Is there a keyboard shortcut to change the speed?
i am confused, are we not supposed to take the premises as true?
#Help
For example for 1.6. is wrong to conclude:
Getting Cavities is a necessary condition of not brushing your teeth.
#Help
so if the question stem says "properly" then the support must reach MUST (100%) and NOT strengthen?
#Help
This doesn't imply that this subset & superset relationship is a sufficient and necessary one does it?
#Help
so for 3.4 for example. can "every" be used as an indicator AND a modifier. or can it only be used as one. Because technically, "every" modifies Cat.
#HELP - doesn't this answer attack the premise "Goku" rather than the support?
#HELP
so Hypothesis 1) A causes B,
how is that not the same as a causation relationship. if you smoke then you get lung cancer.
please help im stuck!
For Question #2.
does it matter if instead of
"/g-legal-sys → (wp-police → /eff)"
I say
wp-police → (/g-legal-sys → /eff)
I keep on catching myself doing that same 'mistake' but it comes to the same conclusion so is it really a mistake?
Never back down never WHAT????
#help It seems like 5a, the premise and and the conclusion can be flipped, can someone please explain to me why and how im worng? Im confused.
#help
I didn't use the methods from the previous lesson, i found it to be in my nature to differentiate between the premise and the conclusion, mainly relying on keywords i guess. Will this method not be as useful later on?
