@AhmadAlqwasmi And this, my friend, is the fundamental flaw with multiple choice questions. Most of the time, the correct answer is not THE correct answer, just the one that fits the parameters best.

HAHA FINALLY! got one correct AND under time!

I was just barely over time on this one, only because I took the time to read through all the answers. I figured A was correct after reading it but wanted to make sure I didn't miss something. I should've just gone with my gut.

FINALLY got an easy question right lol... still over time though

#3 got me- I thought it was an argument because it seems to logically follow that if linguistic studies have been done across different regions and times, that it could therefore be concluded that language and communication is a universal human phenomenon. I do see the flaws in the argument, but I still see it as more of that- a flawed argument, rather than not an argument at all.
