Hey! For my first attempt I studied really hard (5 hours a day, with no breaks) for a month and a half. I tapered off for my September write but all in all I studied for 4ish months.
I am writing this as I open my score for the last LSAT I will ever take. After sacrificing my entire summer, I have finally achieved my goal, and I want to remind you that you can do it too.
I am not some insane test taker or academic genius, and I want my point increase as evidence that being "smart" is not even remotely necessary for finding success on this exam. You will hear countless pieces of advice about the exam: correcting mindset, developing good study habits, or even whether a bad LSAT score should hold you back from applying to law school at all.
However, I think the best advice I ever got was from Mike Kim's "LSAT Trainer" when he said that:
"The best way to ensure success is to deserve it."
Every drill, section, PT, and sacrifice you made will be worth it as long as you refuse to quit.
Keep grinding and keep pushing; you got this.

I have been averaging -2 to -4 on RC and then at the end of August beginning of September I am now averaging -8 to -9. I really don't know what to do and I am not feeling good. Any advice would be appreciated!
it says that the stories are about "unchanging foibles of mortal beings," but couldn't mortal beings here be anything that can die? Or do we have to infer
@BaileyDixon I studied five hours a day with no breaks. I don't recommend it, but to fill my gaps, I found it helpful. I think if your score is not above 150 right now, then volume will be your friend. After you break 160, then untimed sections can be more helpful.
Just protect your peace too, though. This test is meant to be hard, and remember that it is not indicative of your intelligence and value!
I went from a 140 diagnostic to a 160 on the June sitting in a month and a half. Just know that if I can do it you can do it too! You got this :)
@Hanifa I had the exact same thought. I think what helped me the most here is #1 POE and #2 understanding that the rule still supports the argument even if we assume that the primary purpose of the government is not to promote health because we know for sure that the primary purpose of private companies isn't to support health.
One thing I found really helpful is having the main point of the argument super clear (I do this through saying it out loud). If you really get the main point all the other question types really just fall into place.

I still don't understand. Even if it is right to say that technological innovations can be a stand in for modern methods of communication and transportation, we have no reason to believe that it is the case in this instance. We can improve modern methods of communication and transportation by building for tracks or by installing more phone booths to make it more accessible (an improvement). Please help!
Hey! I was drilling a couple days ago with the awesome new UI and now all of a sudden it disappeared and now is back to the BR screen with the old version of LawHub.
Will the new UI be coming back?
I thought AC:C was wrong because it brough up the idea of democracy which was not discussed in the passage
