Hi - thanks for doing this! How are work experience, recommendation letters, and essays weighed in consideration to LSAT/GPA? What does the deliberation process look like after your materials are submitted (i.e. is it just one reader or a panel of readers?) Do you have any recommendations on how to balance lists of schools to apply to (i.e. reach vs target vs safety schools)?
