@DanielJunior0819 "Since private corporations will not undertake to support activities that do not yield short-term profits" is a concession. It is not the conclusion. The conclusion is the second half of that sentence. You can cross out A, B, C, and E as none of them capture the function of a concession. D is the only one that explains that the alternative argument which would be "what about private companies?" is offered and then immediately refuted.
