Study Groups

Hey guys,

I'm organizing an LSAT discord study group specifically for people stuck in the range 166-170 and want to get to about 173-176. The key issue this discord group addresses is the lack of community for students who have finished the curriculum and are now looking for a community to PT or do drills with.

Tentatively, we'll have weekly study-together sessions, voice channels, and a buddy system. See you on Discord:)

Hi, does anyone here who is from and lives in new jersey want to join my study group? I'm a Rutgers 2024 political science graduate and i'm planning on going to Rutgers Newark law school. I'm not associated with 7sage and this study group is not associated with 7sage, i'm just a Rutgers graduate studying for law school who created a study group.

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to start a study group on discord w/ anyone who plans to take it in either august/september. I just started studying, so I'm hoping the group can be consistent and work together throughout the summer.

Im from Toronto so hoping to find people in the same timezone, but open to anyone!

Hi all! I posted a while back about a Discord I created for Californians, but I wanted to share the link again this month in case you want to join a study group 😊 Everyone is welcomed!

I was hoping that I find more people who want to study during the day, since we have a good night session group for those that work or go to college full time, but not a lot of people who are able to meet before 6PM (PST). I feel bad that we had a couple of people looking for study buddies during the day, but most are only able to study at night.

Currently, there are official night sessions every Monday and Tuesday night, but people hop on Voice Channels whenever they want with others. Feel free to join us!

Thank you! 💙

Something I wish I had earlier during LSAT prep: someone to hold me accountable to what I said I’d do. Not a tutor, just someone who helped me follow through.

For example, I use a weekly accountability system for my work. Basically, it’s a weekly call with a coach where I decide what matters most, make a clear plan, and follow up each week. Just having someone expecting to hear from me has made a big difference. I feel like I can trust myself to do what I planned to.

I've tried a few study groups. Some were helpful, but it was hard to find people who would actually check in midweek, or show up consistently.

Have y'all had similar experiences with study groups? And does anybody here think they'd find that type of accountability valuable for studying?

Hi everyone,

Looking to gauge interest in a potential Discord group for people who would consider themselves "Non-traditional" prospective law students. I'm an '18 grad, so I'm excited to meet people who are also a few years out of school, trying to get back into a study mindset. I'm thinking it would be entirely digital just to cast a wide net, so no geographical requirements or anything.

Depending on the interest, I'd love to make it a group that's focused on more than just LSAT but the application and search process as well.

Alternatively, if a group like this already exists, I'd really appreciate the tip!

Thanks :)

I’m currently preparing for the LSAT and was wondering if there’s an active Discord group or chat dedicated to LSAT studying. I’m looking to connect with others who are also studying, share resources, ask questions, and stay motivated throughout the prep process. If you know of any study-focused Discord servers or communities, I’d really appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction.

thank you! 😊

Hello all. I am interested in connecting with other individuals who would like to have a casual study relationship. I am fairly new in this course. I do not have strong preferences on how/what to study nor a strict study schedule in place at the moment, but I would at least like to have someone I could message/talk with to brainstorm, check work, ask questions, etc.

Thanks!

Hi guys, I am planning on taking the June and possible August LSAT. I am looking for a study buddy who's motivated and committed. I work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and I have been studying every day after work. I live in Dallas, so preferably CST would work. If you're interested, please comment!

Hi all! I’m utilizing my maternity leave to get geared up for the August LSAT 💪🏼(little buddy’s first word might be “assume” at this rate).

Would any other moms be interested in a group chat to stay motivated and connected to people also balancing regular life, kid life, and law school prep? I’m thinking that this could be for people at all stages of studying :)

Comment below if you would prefer a discord or Signal chat (no classified info, I promise!)

Hey, I'm taking the June and September LSAT. I'm looking for an accountability partner or small group to keep the momentum going over the summer. Studying alone has made me lazy. I was thinking it’d be cool to meet up at coffee shops, libraries, or any quiet, chill spots around the city to study together or check in weekly. Or zooms.

If you’re into the idea of structured study sessions, goal setting and mutual encouragement (plus finding some nice study-friendly places around Chicago), hit me up! Open to schedules and styles—whether you’re just starting or deep in prep. We can also work on personal essays and resumes! Let’s help each other stay focused and sane 😊

Hi everyone, I'm looking for an accountability partner to study for the LSAT with the goal of taking the test in August/September. If you're also preparing for the LSAT and want to stay motivated, share resources, and keep each other on track, let's connect! The goal would be to meet once or twice a week to discuss modules/drills we are seeking to complete next week while reviewing last week's progress.
