Wondering if anyone in the nyc area is interested in starting a study group. I usually go to the library in midtown every weekend to study but I think it would be really helpful to have a small group to exchange strategies with/take practice tests with. message me if ur interested!

Study buddies near 76549 or 71601?

I am currently studying the test untimed.

I usually do one LG section and one RC passage on day 1 and one LR section and one RC passage on day 2. And i repeat that everyday.

My LG is -1 ish

My LR is -8 ish

My RC is -8 ish.

These are untimed.

I don’t mind the score range as long as we are able to talk about the test and share thought processes.

🔢 I'm currently scoring: 160-165 (Goal: 170s)

📆 My planned test date: June 2024

📈 To study, I have been: Drilling untimed and timed

🔑 My goals for this group are: Each participant will teach and take away a strategical approach to a question type. Ideally participants in the group have completed the core curriculum and have a good grasp of the different question types in LR and RC.

🔍 We'll focus on: LR and RC

📚 When we'll meet and what we'll do: Everyone takes the same PT before meeting up. At study group, we will discuss the questions we missed, focusing on optimal strategies for each question type. This can be on a weekly or biweekly basis.

I think the study group will be more effective when everyone gets a chance to discuss, so I'd like to keep this group relatively small. A group of 3-4 is great, max is 6.

Hi!

My friend who went to Yonsei UIC and I are starting an online LSAT study group. He has an official score of 176 and my score fluctuates from 166-172. I am not sure if this means anything but I have a degree from Johns Hopkins.

We meet at 7 pm-9 pm Korean Standard Time on Wednesday.

I have a Zoom Pro, so we can meet without interruption.

If you are interested, please send me a DM and I will invite you to the KakaoTalk group chat!

Thanks! (:

Anyone in the Bay Area studying for the August test? I am on summer vacation so currently studying full time. I'm also pretty good at RC, I can consistently get -2 to -0 so I might be able to help someone with that. My big weakness is setting up the board and making inferences on the LG. I don't have anything going on so I can video call or meetup whenever. :)

Hi everyone!! I started studying about a month and a half ago

and was approaching it very relaxed but I’m going to be more serious about studying from now to the September or October test date! For me personally, it seems studying one section at a time starting with LG then LR and RC (my lowest to highest scores) will be the best approach. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in forming a study/accountability group? I was hoping we could form a group chat, use zoom, FaceTime, or whatever is best for studying together online! I’m also in ET and can study online on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday at any time of the day! Besides 7Sage, I’m using the powerscore bibles, the free version of blueprint, khan academy, the lsat trainer, and working with a tutor once or every other week! If this sounds like a similar approach you might take (or even if not!) or you’re just starting out and you’re interested please feel free to dm me!! Thank you in advance!!

Hi! I am looking for a dedicated accountability partner or group that is aiming for the 160-170s and plans to take the Sep/Oct/Nov LSAT. I took a diagnostic in May and scored a 143 and I have been studying for about a month since then. Please reach out to me and I would love to get connected and come up with some sort of study plan and accountability check-in. I am also open to meet on zoom or google meet sometimes as well. I am located EST.

Hi everybody! I wanted to see if anyone around the Tucson area would be interested in studying for the LSAT in June. I would prefer to study in-person; however, I'm fine doing it digitally too. So, if anyone is interested just put a comment below and can create a groupme.

Hello there! I am nearly done with my AA and going to be starting my BA soon (Note: I'm in my 30s, I work fulltime and go to school, so I'm going through my college journey later than most). I know I want to take the LSATs in my junior year during my BA, so will likely not be taking it for 2 to 2 and half years from now, but I am a horrible test taker so I feel more comfortable studying long term and as a result I would like to find/make a study group for those who want to long term study as well. At the moment I am reading/self-studying The LSAT Trainer (3rd edition), with the 10 Actuals Vol VI. I'm looking for either an etablished community, or to establish a community of people to study with for the next few years.

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a study group in the manhattan area or online to help me improve my score for feb. A little bit about myself I took the LSAT in September and got a 144, I am aiming for a 155 or above. If anyone is willing to team up with me to tackle this test you are welcome. I'm looking for people who scored at or above me, however I welcome everyone since we are all in this together and we all started at one place or another.

Hi guys, I'm a UCLA alum, 23, looking for a study buddy/buddies in Socal. I'm scoring 155-163, looking to increase my score to high 160s. Ive been studying on and off for a few months now, and I've got the base down pretty well. Will most likely take the LSAT in a few months.

I want to have a buddy so that we can hold one another accountable.

DM me if you're interested.

Hey 7sage Community!

I am currently looking for a study buddy to meet once or twice a week. I am preparing to take the June LSAT and looking to get in as much practice as possible (BR/Drilling). If you are in need of someone to keep you accountable and motivated please message me!

I'm generally free weekday evenings (except Tuesday/Thursday I can meet anytime) and weekends. I am also willing to meet halfway if you are located in SF or South Bay area.

Thank you!

Hello! I'm currently studying for the September 9th LSAT with a goal of 171+! I am diagnosed with ADHD, I'm a Math teacher, and I plan on studying roughly 2 hours a day. I would like to study virtually but am not opposed to studying in a nice public environment if you are apart of the study group and are also in Houston, TX. As of 3/4/2022 I completed the Introduction to Logic content and should be starting Assumptions and weakening questions tomorrow. If you're at a sooner or later lesson that's perfectly fine too! I'm sure we can still benefit from being in a group. I just want a study group to crush the LSAT with! I don't care what your diagnosed score is, I believe we all are capable of learning the LSAT and I would love to learn from one another! Plus we also learn a large amount from teaching and reviewing concepts with one another. I've PT'd 159-163 if interested and am committed to making the 170+ dream come true. Also if you're potentially interested in Teach For America I'd love to share my experience with it so far if you're an undergraduate student considering gap years or a career change before crushing the LSAT!
