Hello, I'm scheduled to take the LSAT this coming January but I am wondering if I submit my applications beforehand?

Also, does anyone know whether submitting the application early makes any difference or will the programs begin looking into my application once the Jan exam scores are released (or does it differ school by school)?

Thanks!

Practice/ Drills

Is the only option to practice is if we upgrade our LSAC account? Does 7sage not provide any tools for practicing with the subscription? I have the LIVE subscription.

Hey guys! I have run out of material and have been redoing stuff over again, but I feel like I am falling into old thought patterns when I do these because I've seen them before. Ugh. But my sister is building me a tool that will change the names and topics in questions to generate what feels like new material for me (but ofc still all credit/copyright to LSAC for designing the questions). Would you be interested in something like this? Lmk!

So thrilled with the results I was able to get. Previous administrations I just screwed around, didn't really have any structure, and while I got good results, I knew I could do better.

The syllabus really gave me comfort in the logic underlying the test and the analytics 7Sage offers are so much deeper than everything else I've tried. By the end I was actually loving drilling sections every morning, I am going to miss it. Not going to miss waiting for results though.

Thank you 7Sage!

I am looking for a tutor - not so much to help me with specific concepts but rather to help me with planning/ designing a concrete study plan to conquer my problem areas and advance given the time I have to study. I have finished the CC and know which areas I need to work on. However, when I sit down to study, I often jump from one task to another. This makes me easily become overwhelmed, de-motivated and unsure of how to proceed.

I want to write the test in July. I have more availability since I quit full time work but unsure how to structure my days and what I should get through before the test date.

Does any one have recommendations for a tutor to help with this? or are you a tutor who can help with creating plan with me?

Also, struggling with finances so hoping for a cheaper session if possible but open to hearing rates.

Let me know!

Appreciate it all the help.

I am planning to take the LSAT in Feb and need to lock in. I have not taken many PTs, and have mostly focused on foundational knowledge and drills. I've discovered that I score well if given adequate time (~167) but score significantly lower under time constraints (~155). I need help with being time efficient while maintaining accuracy and, of course, improving my overall score. I will try to make myself available whenever! LMK!

Looking to break out of my 167-169 plateau and hammer in the details of this stupid hard test! Would love to collaborate on speed strategies, drill conditional and causal reasoning and talk through the harder questions together. Message me if interested and we can try to get a weekly Zoom going

I was just taking my first prep test and the first section ended while I still had about 12 minutes on the clock--only 23 minutes had passed according to my own timer. Now I have been locked out of the first section and forced on to the second. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Greetings, 7Sagers!

On Tuesday, January 14 at 8pm ET, join 7Sage admissions consultants Taj McCoy and Dr. Sam Riley for another panel discussion with law school admissions deans from across the country. For this conversation, hear from representatives of Boston College, Catholic University, Howard University, Loyola University Chicago, Loyola Los Angeles, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as they weigh in on the state of admissions in January, first waves of admissions offers, application rollover from early decision, and initial scholarship offers. The audience will be able to submit questions on this topic throughout the session via the Q&A widget.

*Note: The session will be recorded and will be posted to our podcast after it's edited for sound quality.

Hi! I am taking the April LSAT and looking for a study buddy to meet with virtually outside my 9-5 pm (EST). I struggle with motivation after working all day but thrive off accountability with others. Zoom call is prob going to be best! Thinking meeting 1-2 times a week. I've been studying for months on and off but now I'm going to get consistent! My goal is high 160's! I'm in OKC

So I scored a 155 in the October LSAT and then took a break from any material as my Mid Terms and Finals were picking up so I focused on that, especially since I was graduating in December and wanted to make sure I didn't tank my final GPA (3.6).

Recently I received 2x extra time which I did not previously have and have successfully requested accommodations for the February LSAT.

My question is, should I apply now and send an addendum letting them know to expect a higher score after the Feb LSAT, or just hold off until that score comes in and apply with it then? I'm shooting specifically for U Miami (median 163) and FIU (median 160). I was actually just recently deferred from U Miami after an ED application for further context.

Hi, I am a first year BBA student at Wilfrid Laurier University. Is there anyone who is willing to study with me? If you go to Laurier or are around the area, if would be really cool if we could study in-person. Otherwise, I am just looking for anybody who feels that they could use a partner. Thanks!

I’d like to print out all the modules to organize them into a binder for easier access and review. However, I’m having difficulty finding an efficient way to do this. Printing each page individually seems like it would take an extraordinary amount of time.

What’s most important to me is being able to print out the diagrams, as there doesn’t seem to be any way to do so currently. Is there a solution that would allow me to print or at least convert the diagrams (and ideally the modules) into a PDF?

Hi everyone! I'm looking for a study buddy for the January LSAT who wants to do some intensive prepping. I'm aiming for at least one practice test per day, but I realize that this may be impractical for some people, so I'm happy to review drills or other material together on a daily / bi-daily basis as well. I would definitely want to discuss for about 1 hour at least every other day / once every three days at the least.

I already have a 170 on an official LSAT and have an average of 173 on the site, with a high of 177. I'm down to study with anyone, but primarily looking for someone also aiming to break into the 170+ range. I struggle most with the reading comprehension section and feel that I'm strongest at formal logic. I usually hit around -0 to -2 for LR sections and -2 to -4 for RC sections. I'm also an SAT tutor in real life, so I feel pretty comfortable analyzing question formulas and things like that, but I feel like I also get thrown off by questions that "break the mold." Feel free to reach out if you think our skills could complement each other's! :)

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a study buddy who's aiming for a goal score of 170+. I'm a full-time student but I'm pretty flexible with time so I'm sure we could figure out a time that would work for the both of us! I'm willing to work on zoom, and I know that teaching other's is the best way to remember things so I would love to help teach someone and I would love if someone could teach me too!
